This is a custom built CRM we designed for a monument company in Delphos, Ohio. Our CRM is custom built around their unique business acquisition style of sketches, drawings of monuments, and acceptance of design to build time and delivery. This allows their over 100 dealers across the state of Ohio to manage their massive and growing customer base in the tri-state area. Each dealer has their own login with their own customers, the main branch can manage all of these dealers and customers from the backend administrator interface. This allows the home office to receive sketches from dealers, send them full drawings, and dealers to then accept the drawings with the customer right in the control panel.
From start to finish, this custom CRM manages it for Delphos Granite Works. It also allows their website to capture live leads, and based on dealer county instantly submit new leads in real-time to dealers right in the CRM.
